If you are interested in proceeding with therapy sessions following our consultation call, please be sure to reach out to schedule an intake appointment. During this appointment, I will set you up with your new client portal and arrange our first session together.

Couples and family counseling provides a space to improve communication, deepen understanding, and strengthen connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, life transitions, or feeling disconnected, therapy can help create a more supportive and honest dynamic.
In our work together, we’ll explore patterns, emotions, and needs within the relationship, all while creating space for each person’s voice to be heard. The goal isn’t perfection rather it’s greater empathy, clarity, and alignment with the kind of relationship you want to build together.
Book Club: Bibliotherapy

Bibliotherapy Book Group
Books can be powerful tools for healing. This unique group combines the benefits of therapy with the insight and reflection sparked by meaningful literature. Each session centers around a selected book or reading that explores themes like self-discovery, resilience, relationships, identity, and emotional well-being.
Through guided discussion, reflection, and shared experience, participants engage both personally and collectively, connecting with the material, with themselves, and with others.
Group Counseling

Group Counseling & Events: Connecting Through Shared Interests
Healing and connection don’t always have to happen in traditional ways. These groups are designed to bring people together around shared hobbies, creative expression, and meaningful conversation. Whether it’s through art, writing, baking, journaling, mindfulness, or other hands-on activities, these experiences offer a unique space to explore emotions, build community, and simply enjoy being present with others.
These groups blend therapeutic support with the joy of shared interests. It’s a light, fun, and often powerful way to nurture mental wellness, ease loneliness, and build new relationships in a low-pressure, welcoming environment.
No previous experience or skill is needed. You are encouraged to attend with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to show up as you are.
